If your CV and references are satisfactory you will be invited to meet the Rev. Patrick Nicholas to discuss with him whether it is appropriate that you should go to Hong Kong.
He will only arrange an appointment to meet you AFTER he has received your references.
The interview usually lasts between two and three hours.
If you both feel that it is appropriate for you to go to Hong Kong you will be given a conditional acceptance. You will also be given some notes, "Preparing to go to Hong Kong," as well as the application forms for a Work Permit.
Soon after the interview, if it is felt appropriate that you should go to Hong Kong, you will receive a letter from the Rev. Patrick Nicholas telling you that you have been conditionally accepted. Final acceptance will depend on you sending to him, WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving the letter, a completed Application Form together with the required supporting documents.
When he has received this he will put you in touch with the school to which you are to go and you should soon hear from them so that you can make the final arrangements for your Gap Year in Hong Kong.
